Fees:
$2,000 annual payment
Covers:
- All vape2go property including product losses, furnitures* and POS system* up to $20,000
- 0 excess fees (A service fee of $49 applies to each claim of product losses, while $109 applies to all other claims)
- No third party vendor is allowed unless agreed in written beforehand, Vape2Go reserve the right to compensate all property losses from its own vendor.
Please note: A maximum of two claims can be made each billing circle, and the total claimed value cannot exceed $20,000
Claim Process:
- When incident occurs, a report to the police is recommended but not required.
- Counting and record losses in Vape2Go POS system, and submit a claim form along with your incident video/photos to claim@vape2go.nz
- The Store Care Claim Form will be sent to you as long as you have joined the scheme
- Vape2Go aims to complete the process within 7 days of receiving your claim form.
